DESCRIPTION:Adventure Brewing Co. invites you to celebrate the 17th Annual Jeff Fitzpatrick St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival on March 16 from 12 PM – 5 PM at A. Smith Bowman Distillery. \nThis holiday tradition is a fun-filled day for the whole family! The festivities kick-off with a lighthearted .5k Couch Potato run at 11:30 AM with a parade to follow at 12:00 PM. The parade begins on Main Street in the Bowman Center Business Park and concludes at A. Smith Bowman Distillery with an outdoor festival featuring local artisans and businesses \, live music provided by Whiskey Revival and Cabin Creek\, and family-friendly activities. \nHelp us support the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank during this event by bringing canned goods and/or donations to A. Smith Bowman Distillery or Adventure Brewing Co.’s North Location in Stafford. The Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank serves Caroline County\, the City of Fredericksburg\, King George County\, Locust Grove\, Spotsylvania County and Stafford County as well as neighboring communities. \nAdmission is free. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun-filled evening at the Inaugural Gladys H. Oberle School Spring Gala!. The evening will feature the sweet sounds of Bobby McKey’s Dueling Pianos filling the air as well as the wonderful aromas and delectable bites of the Sunken Well Tavern catering team. An assortment of libations will also be available to quench your thirst throughout the evening. Guests will also have the opportunity to bid on various items including vacation getaways\, jewelry\, local artwork\, an assortment of gift baskets\, and many other exciting items. \nThis evening will also provide an opportunity to share The Gladys H. Oberle School’s mission and goals with our guests and to raise funds to support and expand the current programs that cater to members of our community who have a myriad of challenges\, barriers\, and disabilities. Proceeds from the event will also provide scholarships for our graduates who go on to pursue advanced education and training. As a non-profit organization\, our programs give back to our community by helping individuals be equipped to successfully and independently transition into contributing members of our community. \nWe look forward to providing the community with a fun-filled night.
