This extremely limited 2019 release resulted thanks to a failed experiment, which ultimately led to a pleasant surprise. It offers sweet vanilla and toasted oak on the nose, with cherry, baked apple and rye spice in the background. Having a nice sweet flavor and slight nuttiness, this bourbon is soft and well-mannered despite the high proof.
