Our Cider Finished Bourbon release in 2014 was aged for six months in apple cider barrels from Distillery Lane Cider Works. Those same barrels were used to age Mt. Vernon Heritage Cider — a blend of Hews, Crabapple, Newtown Pippen, and Roxbury Russet apples. This complex, yet sweet bourbon has deep toasted oak notes highlighted with dried fruit, honey, and brown sugar.
