The Classic Old-Fashioned has been around for centuries. In fact, for bourbon connoisseurs, the Old-Fashioned is pretty much the bar standard. After all, a Bourbon Classic Old-Fashioned is a dram of bourbon that’s been seasoned and sweetened. Rule of thumb for this suave and simple cocktail? Use a quality bourbon. Classic Old-Fashioned COCKTAIL RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
2 tsp. Simple Syrup
1 tsp. Water
2 Dashes Bitters
1 Cup Ice Cubes
1 Orange, sliced
1 Maraschino Cherry
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour simple syrup, water, and bitters into a whiskey glass.
Stir to combine, then place the ice cubes in the glass.
Pour Isaac Bowman Port Barrel Finished over the ice.
Garnish with the orange slice and cherry.
