Treat yourself to a night of guided tastings of rare Abraham Bowman Limited Edition Whiskies with our in-house expert. With over nine years of experience, David is excited to share his knowledge of America’s native spirit with bourbon lovers like you. Sit and sip with him while treating yourself to delectable small bites specially selected by Chef Jessica from Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen, followed by a three-course dinner featuring fresh fare and carefully crafted bourbon cocktails.

Starter on Tasting Bar – Cheese & Salami Display with Assorted Crackers

Appetizers – Meat Candy – Bacon-Wrapped Date; Biscuit with Bourbon Honey Glaze; Bowman Brothers Glazed Meatballs

Salad – NW Salad – Mixed Greens with Fresh Blueberries, Blue Cheese, Fennel, and Green Apple, with an Apple Vinaigrette

Dinner – Duck Confit with Brother’s Mushroom Ragu; Truffle Parmesan Mashed Potatoes; Sauteed Super Greens

Dessert – Isaac’s Pecan Peach Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream finished with a drizzle of our Mary Hite Bowman Caramel Bourbon Cream Liqueur
