Barrel Char

For Charcoal Grills! Many of the distinct flavors found in our premium bourbons are a result of many years of aging inside of distinct white oak barrels. Each white oak barrel is charred with an open flame to caramelize the sugars and flavors deep inside of the wood and bring them to the surface before bourbon is aged inside of them. This Barrel Char is taken directly from one of those freshly emptied bourbon barrels.
