• We currently are only shipping spirits to Virginia residents, excluding the following counties: Bland, Buchanan, Charlotte, Craig, Grayson, Highland, Lee, Patrick, and Russell. Non-spirit products may be shipped to any U.S. mailing address (excluding P.O. boxes).
  • We are unable to ship products to P.O. boxes.
  • Local delivery is available within a 5-mile radius from 1 Bowman Drive, Fredericksburg, VA 22408.
  • A maximum of six bottles of spirits is allowed for purchase per Virginia resident, per month. A maximum of ten bottles of hand sanitizer may be purchased per order.
  • You must verify you are 21+ before placing your order for spirits.
    Photo ID verification will be required upon delivery of spirits and will require a signature.
  • Customers purchasing spirits are responsible for providing a phone number or address where a 21+ individual with a government-issued ID can sign for the package.
  • Shipping will be delivered via FedEx.

For shipment of spirits:

  • A maximum of six bottles is allowed for purchase per Virginia resident, per month.
  • Shipping will be delivered via FedEx.
  • Deliveries may not be shipped to P.O. boxes.
  • A flat rate shipping cost of $9.99 will be applied to single spirit bottle orders. A flat rate shipping cost of $15 will be applied to orders of two or more bottles of spirits.
  • Photo ID verification will be required upon delivery of all spirits and will require a signature.
  • Shipping for spirits is available to Virginia addresses only. 

For shipment of non-spirits:

  • Shipping for non-spirit products is available for all U.S. addresses. Deliveries may not be shipped to P.O. boxes.
  • Shipping will be delivered via FedEx.
  • Shipping costs for non-spirit products may vary based on quantity and location.
  • Sanitizer purchases are limited to 6 per customer.
  • All in-person returns, exchanges, and refunds must be completed within 30 days of sale, accompanied by a receipt and proof of purchase from our Distillery store.  All bottles must be unopened with all seals intact.
  • If you received a broken bottle in your shipment, please contact us at (540) 373-4555 and we will send you a new bottle or work to get you a full refund. Our priority is to ensure your purchase is handled with care. 
  • Returns are completed on a case by case basis. In most cases, you can ship the product back to us and we will return the cost of the product returned. Please return the bottles in their original, unused state. Shipping is paid for by the customer unless the product was delivered damaged. 
  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your order. You will receive an email or phone call confirming when we have received your returned item(s).
