DARK RUM MOJITO RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Lime, cut into wedges

  • 12 Mint Leaves

  • 3 Bar Spoons Raw Sugar

  • Club Soda

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Squeeze juice of 4 lime wedges into a cocktail glass, then add the spent wedges into the glass.

  • Add raw sugar and 1 oz. of club soda. Muddle until mixed.

  • Add mint leaves and rum, mix to combine.

  • Fill with ice and top with club soda.

  • Garnish with additional lime wedge and mint leaves.
