BLUEBERRY PIE

BLUEBERRY PIE COCKTAIL RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz. Bowman Brothers Bourbon
1/2 oz. ELEMENT Blueberry Rosemary Shrub
3/4 oz. Blueberry Simple Syrup
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Blueberries
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
Lemon Wedge (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Blueberry Simple Syrup: Combine brown sugar and water in a saucepan. Warm until sugar dissolves. Add blueberries and let simmer for 15 minutes. Strain before use.
Combine all ingredients in a shaker half full with ice. Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass with ice.
